Family Nutrition Strategy Sessions
Figuring out what to feed your kid to get them started with a a strong body and healthy relationship to eating can get confusing. Between the transition off of milk and worries about protein, to picky toddler eating habits, to making meals that the whole family will love, there can be questions every step of the way.
Together, we'll create an eating strategy that works for your child and family, taking into account your child's unique constitution and habits. We'll set you up for a successful relationship to eating and make sure your child (and family!) is getting the nutrients they need for growth, immunity, energy, and thriving.
